"Bad timing, but getting the parts was easy"
Of course a couple small parts on my Tenways bike needed replacing right when I had a bunch of rides planned, because that’s just my luck. But I was relieved at how easy they were to find on the site. Ordering was straightforward, no hassle, and everything fit like it should. Nice to know I don’t have to hunt all over the place to keep the bike going.

"I’ll admit I’m picky because I ride a..."
I’ll admit I’m picky because I ride a lot of hilly routes, but this bike just didn’t feel strong enough for me. It looks really nice, and I wanted to like it, but the motor struggles on climbs and even cut power a few times. If you’re mostly riding flat roads, it might be fine, but for my area it’s been a bit disappointing.

"It was okay, but the tracking was a bit confusing"
The navigation was fine for the most part, nothing too hard to figure out. But the tracking was kind of confusing because the updates came in late, so I wasn’t really sure what was going on with that at times

"Solid build, no annoying rattles"
I’ve had this for a few weeks now and I’m happy with it. The frame feels sturdy, the welds look clean, and even riding over rough streets, nothing rattles or feels loose. That kind of noise always bugs me because it feels totally preventable, so it’s nice that this one still feels tight and well put together

I’ve had mine for a few months now and ride it pretty much every day. It still feels solid, and nothing has started rattling or coming loose. A friend recommended it to me, i’m glad I listened

"Bike is good, but some extras don’t fit great"
The bike itself is solid and I’m happy with it overall. The only thing is a few of the accessories don’t really fit right, so that part was a little dissapointing

"Brakes feel way too weak on hills"
The brakes just don’t feel strong enough, especially going downhill. I hit the pedal and it feels like the car takes a second to actually respond, which is not exactly comforting when you’re trying to stop on a hill. I don’t need race-car brakes or anything, but come on, stopping should feel safe and immediate, not like I’m waiting to see what happens

"I’m not the most patient person when..."
I’m not the most patient person when I’m waiting on a big delivery, so I was already checking my email way too often. Luckily, Tenways sent shipping updates clearly and at the right moments, which helped a lot.
The tracking came through quickly, and I could actually see where the bike was instead of wondering what was going on or having to contact support. That definitely saved me from getting annoyed.
It arrived around the time they said it would, so no real complaints there. The wait still felt long because I was eager to get it, but the communication made it much easier to deal with.

"Great on flats, but hills are a different story"
The bike does okay when I’m riding on flat roads, but once I hit a hill it feels like it works when it wants to. The battery drains way faster than I expected, and the motor can feel weak at times. It’s not terrible overall, but if your route has a lot of hills, it can get frustrating.

"Pedal assist is kinda hit or miss"
The pedal assist feels smooth some of the time, but then other times it gets a little jerky. It’s not terrible, just kinda uneven

"Good bike, just heavier than I expected"
The bike looks nice and rides well, so I’m happy with that part. The main issue is that it’s heavier than I thought it would be, so carrying it upstairs is more of a hassle than I expected. It’s not a deal breaker, but because it’s harder to move around, I’m giving it 3 stars for now.

"Pretty good in the rain, though not totally perfect"
I’ve been riding my tenways bike through a bunch of rainy days lately, I think since late October, or maybe early November, can’t remember exactly, and it’s held up better than I expected. The motor and display haven’t given me any trouble so far, and the frame is easy enough to wipe down after wet rides. That said, I probably wouldn’t leave it sitting outside in heavy rain overnight, since a few parts still feel like they need a bit of care. Overall I’m happy with it, I just wish the mud protection was a little better

"The bike looks really nice, but the sizing..."
The bike looks really nice, but the sizing felt way bigger than I expected. The seat position and reach just didn’t fit me well at all, which was frustrating after waiting for it to arrive. What made it more annoying is that when I tried to get help, it felt like nobody really wanted to take ownership or give a clear solution.

I’ve been riding my Tenways bike for a few weeks now, it’s been REALLY comfy. My daily commute feels smooth, even on the rough patches near my house that usually get annoying fast. The seat is actually fine too, which surprised me a bit, I haven’t felt the need to swap it out. Overall, it just makes getting to work a LOT nicer.

I picked up this bike recently the whole experience was super easy from start to finish. No headaches, no weird issues, everything went smooth. I’ve taken it out a few times now, and so far it rides great. Really happy with it...

"Decent bike, but the shifting could be smoother"
Overall, I’d say the bike is fine and gets the job done, but the gear shifting hasn’t been as smooth as I hoped. It feels a little rough at times, especially when I’m climbing hills, and it doesn’t always shift cleanly. It’s not a dealbreaker, but for the price, I personally expected a bit better. In the end, I’m okay with it, but I wouldn’t call it perfect.

"I’ve only been using it for a little..."
I’ve only been using it for a little while, mostly on my usual rides, and I haven’t really had to mess with settings or anything. It opens up fine, does its thing in the background, and so far it’s been reliable. Basically, it tracks my rides without any hassle
